Speaker Size Question
« on: September 29, 2006, 04:58:15 am »
OK
Im building a wall mounted jukebox and I cant seem to get hold of 5 1/4 inch cheap speakers.
I can get 6 inch and 6x9 inch. I will attach these to a creative 2500 sub/amp like others have done.

Are these going to be much for the little creative amp running? Im assuming the wattage is the same as the 5 inch

Will there be much difference with single cone/ 2 way / 3 way ? I got a demo with all 3 and just got confused LOL
I did like the 3 way but my concern was if there was enough power.

Any thoughts?
cheers

It's all in the Watts. You can't put small wattage speakers on something that's delivering 200 watts
