If I can find it you can have it (do you have any pci video cards laying around to trade for it - anything is better than what i'm using) ...

i think i have a k6-2 (or 3, not sure) 450 laying around...    I'm not sure if it works, because the power supply in the board let go years ago and i'm not sure if it took the chip with it.

I'm in the US, but do you still get nailed with charges if it's a "trade" or a "gift" ...

I can send it to you (after I find it) and if it works for you and if you happen to have an extra pci card laying and wanted to you could zing it to me (or not)

Know what I mean?  zing me an email if you want  (rampy at randomdrivel.com)

Turns out what I had was k6-2 300 =( (that may or may not work) so Iz- is probably still looking for a chip =P

Rampy, I have a handful of PCI video cards, but they're pretty unimpressive... what are you using now?

A trident 2meg pci + voodoo 2 8meg  ... but i'm hopefully in good (better) shape as a buddy of mine has found the voodoo 3 pci 16 meg that was destined for my cabinet... so hoefully in good shape now - thanks for thinking of me/asking...

I have a K6-2 400 mhz, and I need to round up a little money to build a faster PC.  Leave me an email at wadelanham at hotmail dot com.

Thanks,
Wade
