Slight lack of space issue
« on: September 25, 2006, 07:35:39 pm »
I made a slight boo boo.  I didn't size out everything exactly and I cut my holes for my pinball flippers way too high.  Now when I mount the joystick there is only about .5 mm inbetween them.  I'm worried that one may fire off the other during some heated gameplay.

Any suggestions on insulation?  Would a few strips of eletrical tape do the trick?

Can you take a picture? The X-arcade buttons aren't as long as the Happs and that may help, but I might be thinking the wrong thing so a picture would help a lot.

I'd think something like a matchbook cover would be enought to insulate em.
Or you could put a small spacer (washer) on the flapper button to pull it 'out' more.

How many games would use pinball flippers and joysticks at the same time?
