What is a good price for a working Baby Pacman
« on: September 25, 2006, 01:47:32 pm »
i know....i hate these "how much is this worth" threads, but here's the deal.  I don't want to spend more than 500-600 on a baby pacman.  I haven't seen very many period.  Then i saw one recently sell on ebay for 710.00 and I found another one local selling for 1000.00.  Both were 100%working.  Are these prices about right?  I know this game is notorious for having numerous issues, so finding a 100% working one is even more rare.  Is it just a pipe dream for me to expect to find a working baby pac for 500.00?  If 1000.00 is normal for this game, i'm just going to forget it.  But if 500.00 is reasonable, i'm going to keep looking....thanks guys.

Anything can be found at your price if you look hard enough long enough.

$700 is on the moderate-to-high end for a 100% working Baby Pac.

$1000 would have to be home use only.

I saw one listed as working for $500 not all that long ago. Not sure if that was here, Craigslist or somewhere else. I have no idea what they're worth. Good luck finding one, IMO that's one of the coolest arcade machines of all time.

Thanks for the input guys....the hunt continues!  I agree, it's a really neat/interesting game to have in a gameroom.  I'm going to keep looking for one in my price range.

Best you can do is just keep watching the NG, ebay, craigslist, the local papers, auctions, etc. Area has too much to do with price.
