Power to the P360
« on: September 22, 2006, 12:14:44 am »
I have a question in relation to the 5v on the interface boards. How many P360 joysticks can be run off one of these.

Cheers

Are you talking about the Ipac? If so, I've heard from several reliable sources (including RandyT at Groovy Game Gear) that you should not use the 5v off the ipac.

The power supply on your computer provides 5v power that many people use. Other people cut a wall wart that outputs 5v to provide the power to the p360's.

If not ipac, could you be more descriptive?

Thanks. yes it was an IPAC.
Iis there a description anywhere how to get it from your computers power supply, if using the computers power supply can you hook up more than 1 p360.

Cheers

I'm running 3 P360's, 3 illuminated volcano buttons and a rotary interface off of my IPAC 5V.  It's been 2 years and no problems.
