I decased mine, and screwed it to a piece of 3/4" plywood.
I screwed THAT to two cleats that are screwed/glued to the inside of my cabinet sides.
There are some pictures around of the monitor bezel for it, but I don't remember how much of the mounting they show.
As far as the controls go, I just screwed those to the side wall of the cab, and used zip straps to hold all the chassis parts in place against the frame.
My only complaint at all about the way I mounted it is that I made the plywood that carries the monitor a bit tight for the cab.
When you are holding up the monitor guts on the backside of the plywood, some slop will allow you to get it into place alot easier/quicker.
