Dartboard cab
« on: September 07, 2006, 05:30:42 pm »
Has anyone built a dartbaord cab that is similar to the ones at most bars and you can mount an actual dartboard bought from a retail store?  I have two dartboards that cannot be mounted to my walls.  I would be interested in some plans or maybe a company that already produces something?

Any ideas?
Thanks,
Southpaw

I had thought about making one myself.  I am fairly familiar with them, having been on a dart league for many years.

I have my favorites, though nothing designed as of yet.

Ohh, nice find, Tristan!!!  I love the fact that it also acts as a storage cabinet; I'm about to add a cabinet to my game room right under my dartboard, but this makes so much more sense!

That looks great!  But also easy to make!!!
Anyone know of a prebuilt cab without the board on it?

Thanks,
Southpaw

You can find used ones for $500 or less.  There is one here in my town going for $75 and that includes the monitor.
