Does anyone sell optipacs in the US or do i need to order direct from Andy?

I'm 99% sure direct from Andy at this point.

A US distributor would be cool...maybe we wouldn't have to spend so much for shipping then.  ;)

Yeah, that'd definitely be nice.  I'm probably going to have to order the i-pac 4 for my 4-player CP, but for my 2-player, I got the keywiz to save on shipping time and money.  Also, I was able to pay by check.
Game programmers do not play games for a living.  Would you say a mechanic drives cars for a living?

Please note that the ipac is different than the optipac - a keywiz doesn't help you interface optical controls like a trackball/spinner (the optipac certainly does)

(although if you were looking for a domestic keyboard encoder the keywiz (groovygamegear.com ) would be a good choice)

Also you can buy ipacs from game cabinets inc if you wanted to buy in the US (although there's no sign of optipacs on their page, but they sell trackball controllers.... might be worth an email to them if you are that adamanet about not buying direct from Andy in the UK)

Thanx Rampy I did order my ipac from gamecabinets inc. and I didnt even think of writing to ask if they had em. Thanx again.

Also www.jamesgames.biz is a going to be the ultimate 1 stop shop for mame parts. He (James) is an unbelievable help when it comes to building and he is the cheapest on parts and everything that I ve found
