BIG cabinet sale in DFW, TX area. (UPDATED and Prices)
« on: August 20, 2006, 01:10:09 am »
Ok, my partner and I just bought the majority of a warehouse today.  Now we have extra games and cabs to sell.  I do not have a complete list put together yet, but it's mostly older stuff/classics.  I know there are a lot of Ms Pac/Galaga cabs in there.

Here's the deal........the rest that we didn't pick up today needs to be moved Monday.  I know that's short notice, but if you can do it, the deals will be better for you.  Right now, most of the games are still in Wichita Falls (and we both live well south of there).  I have plenty of room to store them, but moving it all is going to be a pain.  Sooooo........if you can be there it will reduce the cost, which means they will cost less when we sell them!

We have LOTS of extras too: control panels, parts, monitors, etc.  I will try to get a list of cabs up here tomorrow.  There are NO PICS though.  Some games are complete, some are not (but we probably have the missing parts).  Everything is untested at this point.

I sent PM to check the status of these cabs as I only picked up on this thread Monday p.m. which I assume means cab transport from Wichita Falls is no longer needed.

I'm interested to learn what units are available and price points  you are considering.

We JUST got them unloaded this evening.  I haven't sorted through them yet.  There are tons of extra populated control panels, and lots of Pac-style cabs.  The ones stricken-through on my first post were left behind due to space/time.

Too many to sort through!  What do you need?  I probably have it!  Lots of extra CPs there for sure, along with a box of trackballs and a box of spinners (I hope that made it back!)  I think the spinners are mostly from Tempest.

I will post PCBs too along the way.  Tons of manuals, tons of boards, bunch of vector monitors.

Ah - I wish I'd seen this earlier - would have loved to snagged a discount in exchange for helping haul stuff!

I need the following parts:
2 spinners
1 trigger stick
possibly steering wheel / pedals...  360 or 270

I'd love to get a price on any of these cabs, although these are a long shot for me - parts are the priority, and I probably can't fit any of these in my game room...

Pole Position
Spy Hunter
Duck Hunt
Clones are people, two.

I've got all of those parts here.  You can still help out!  I've got a basketball cage game that had to be left behind and I want it.  Bring it to me and I'll give a wheel and pedal set.  Warehouse is in Wichita Falls.  There are other parts still there that can be dealt with on site (monitors, etc.)  Let me know if you are interested, I'll hook you up with my buddy who is going up there Monday.

Here's an idea of what I have to sort through (not including cabs).  All of the boxes are full of boards and other parts.  You can't see the ones hidden behind there.

Ok, I'm just about through sorting the Pac/Ms Pac cabs for what I want to rebuild.  I'm keeping the only two Galagas to sell whole, along with 3-4 Ms Pac cabs.  The rest are all available, either as-is or empty shells.

There are at least two converted Pac Man cabs (Jr Pac stuff on both I think), and maybe two or three more Ms Pacs.  All of them have harnesses in them right now, all of them are untested.

As-is cabs $150, empty shells $100.  Same thing goes for the Pole Position/II cabs (I'm keeping one).
