"Refreshment" holders?
« on: August 16, 2006, 01:48:51 am »
Been looking for a nice looking accessory to mount to the side of my cab to hold a beer.  My cab is painted black on the side and I was looking for something quality, not cheapy plastic.  I've looked at Automotive stores and Wal-Mart and the like, but everything is plastic.  I did see some stainless steel ones at one of the Arcade Supplies sites, but I'm still searching.

Any suggestions / pictures would be greatly appreciated.
I guess I was thinking like a nice black anodized aluminum type of holder, if they make such a thing.

just thinking, has anyone made one of wood and painted it?

I bought a pair of these from happ:

They work great as both a cup holder and a holster.

If you do a search for "beverage holder" or "cup holder" here you will see a ton of hits.  Some people have integrated them right into the control panel, others have used "flip-down" holders that are really only visible when in use.

Good luck.
