Needing a printable to scale template for 3" Betson Trackball

hey guys, i am needing a template to scale that has dimensions included in the drawing, as well as center point crosshairs for the trackball itself and the 4 mounting holes. Every template I see is not what i need here, and im not a cad man :) Appreciate anyone who can help on this.....and besides the whole community can use this once we have added to wiki and download template section here at BYOAC. Thanks in advance.

If this could be done in a printable-to-scale .psd format that would be great as well.  :cheers:

Seriously, feel free.  I can't guarantee perfection, but it should be pretty darn close.  That shape isn't the easiest to put numbers to!
