EmuMovies ordering page restructured (again) and fixed

Well, the ordering page was completely broken so I took the opportunity to add some more options that had been requested. 

EmuMovies Complete DVD Collection (USA) - $40
EmuMovies Complete DVD Collection (International) - $45
EmuMovies Complete DVD Collection Update (USA) - $10    
EmuMovies Complete DVD Collection Update (International) - $15    
EmuMovies Single DVD Order (USA) - $10    
EmuMovies Single DVD Order (International) - $15    
EmuMovies Developer Offer (USA) - $5 (Email me before placing order)    
EmuMovies Developer Offer (International) - $10 (Email me before placing order)

If at any time you have ordered a complete set, complete updates are now a flat rate fee.  Just email with which dvd's you would like.  I also added single dvd orders.  The only change that I regret is the developers offer.  The charge is for shipping and handling only.  I was getting killed in shipping 

Anyway I have had numerous emails in the last few days about the order buttons not working, all should be well now.  I was in a heck of a hurry so please email me with any issues.
