TV placement and light guns
« on: July 21, 2006, 04:19:10 am »
Something I thought of today as I was mentally planning out the next few stages of my cab building. Considering the fact that I have 2 LCD Top Guns, do I really want to angle my 27" TV in my cab? I'm thinking no, since that wouldn't really provide a good angle to fire at the screen from. I'm planning on making a large (~48"x20") CPO, so having a narrow cab and needing to have the monitor angled to make it more visible when standing right up on top of it doesn't seem like it would be an issue, and I'm also planning on this cab being designed to play while sitting on bar stools.

Anyone had any experiences with this decision?

My monitor is mounted on an angle not a huge one but enough and my light guns work just fine all you gotta do is calibrate them correctly and you shouldn't have a problem
