Frontend / Jukebox for mp3 search & streaming?

I have a large mp3 collection on a Windows 2003 server, and I'd like to have a web / html interface so that users can search and play/stream mp3s over the internet.  Even better would be an option where users could log in and download mp3s.  I've tried Streamsicle and it hangs at around 43,000 mp3s every time (out of 75,000), though not on the same mp3 (I've tried retagging, removing mp3s, etc.).  Any suggestions for a good application to do this with?  Thanks in advance!
