He says starting a game takes about 5-7 seconds and that it should be able to play about 300 games so this must be running from a PC I guess.

Wish I had the money right now....

What it is is a SEGA Naomi Cab.  The base model NAOMI 26.  They're quite common in the UK and Europe at the moment. Favorite use is in Motorway service stations and places like that.

It may well not have a PC in it.... The Naomi System is a development of an Extended JAMMA specification. The hardware in them is actually an extended version of the SEGA Dreamcast with extra memory and uses plug in cartridges.

Wow, this thing went for 1100 Euro's !!!!!!

It's a nice cab, but that's a lot of money !

I also read the questions and answers and the seller says there IS a PC inside. The monitor is a Hantarex Polo.
