I saw those...

I was wondering how they played.

Well, they are actually supposed to be the Genesis/Megadrive version SF2 CE. So, I would guess that they play a lot like that. Although the Pac Man one got some pretty rough reviews around here, so I wouldn't count on it playing exactly like the Genesis version.

I've got one of the SF2 plug & play games and I'm hoping to write up a proper review when I get some time.

According to the packaging and the startup screen it is the Megadrive version but I can't verify this as I've never owned a Megadrive.

The comments regarding Pacman aren't really relevant as the Pacman game is manufactured by Jakks and the SF2 is manufactured by Radica.

I want one myself, mostly because I just like stuff.  From the pics on the package, it looks like the Genny version, as they claim.  I would think that it'd be accurate.  Wasn't the Genesis built using pretty garden-variety parts, nothing too custom?  Genesis tech should be fairly cheap to reproduce these days.

I think that it's a cool idea, really, though the Genesis version never quite felt right to me.  Maybe I was too used to the SNES versions.

Alrighty! i've done alot of planning and it's come to this.

I've got all the materials and i got tv street fighter for $20!

I've drawn up plans and i've actually started. I've finished the CP and i'm now purchasing the controls and started hacking.
