As far as the SCREEN control on the flyback - unplug your video signal, turn the monitor on, turn the screen up just a bit, and adjust this back down until you get a nice black screen just as the white raster disappears. Then leave it alone while you adjust the rest. (plug your video back in)
The individual colors can be adjusted on the neck board.
The drive and bias controls.
You could "check" the B+ voltage, but it probably has never been touched.
The colors on the other hand.......have probably been tweaked on as the monitor aged to try and compinsate for it.
So now that you have "freshened" all the caps, you may just need to adjust those back a bit.
Start by turning the "drive" pots down a tad.
There's only two drives - Red and Blue - Green drive is not adjustable.
Then adjust on all three color bias controls if needed.
