WTS/T Moto Frenzy (MA) listed
« on: June 18, 2006, 10:59:30 am »
I decided to list Moto Frenzy on ebay. My starting bid is what i need to get . I had the 25" monitor serviced and tested. It is reinstalled. I haven't replace the flange bearing but I did grease them all. It is loud and heavy and BIG. I need to move it out. If nobody grabs it, I will strip it down. I figure the monitor alone is worth the money i hope to get.
I WILL take a trade for something smaller. There is about 10 people watching this auction and not a single one has made an offer.

eBay Link

Just putting out feelers to see if anyone in my area has an interest in this game. It is located in MA.

Single player unit. At the moment a 19" monitor is in it while the 25" is about to be repaired. I greased all the joints and will probably replace the bearings this week since i have it all opened and accessible to do so. Everything is working fine. You can attach a second game to this for two player action.
I'll take a pic as soon as it goes back together for those interested...or come by and check it out i guess. It does wheelie and rear wheel sliding motion realtive to your acceleration.

No price in mind really, mostly make my money and time back which is very minimal. Really looking for a trade and what I'll trade for depends on what is offered.

You should try selling that locally in the ad bulletin or something. Noone in their right mind would pay for shipping of that thing.

Also, don't rip people for just watching your auctions. I watch alot of auctions to determine going rates for stuff all the time on ebay. Someitmes, I am just curious about something and mark it for quick reference. If you start insulting people who watch right there in your listing, it will really tick them off.

I wasn't ripping anyone??  I was just stating that there are people watching it. More like a "Better hurry before it's sold !!! " type of statment to be honest.
,
I was ,however ,surprised that so many watch it but never bid. I figured it must have been to see if it would sell or how much it sells for like you said.
I just relisted it for $200 BIN with a 199 start bid and I have several watching it as well. I seriously hope people aren't watching it to bid at the end so they can save that dollar.

I am trying to sell it locally as well. I hope to move it out regardless by the end of the week so i am trying all avenues.

To tell you the truth, my brother-in-law would buy this in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, he is located in southern WV.

I would be tempted just for the monitor and some parts... but don't really want to part that sucker out.

Hey Chad,

This is the monitor I had Steve work on. As you can see in the pic, I really have no room for it. I have no problem keeping the monitor for the amount of money I invested. It's not that i need my money back...I just need some room. Like you  though, I really don't want to part this out. I had hoped if I just got my invested funds back, i would let someone else decide to do that.

The biggest problem really is transporting it....It weighs a ton.
