xbox emulators- how do they look in rgb?

I'm considering buying an xbox with mod chip and rgb cable.
How does mameox look in rgb? Ideal? Borders or full screen? And the superfamicom, megadrive, n64 emuators - how do they look?
Some screenshots or photo's would be helpful.
