WTB - 1.5GHZ desktop to be used in mame for a good price

Tired of trying to get my pos 400mhtz system to run mame correctly in DOS.  Been fighting with this thing forever.  Got my friends system up and fully functionaly in windows in about 30 minutes.  If you've got a pc capable of running mame in windows with any sort of speed and you want to part with it for a decent price please let me know.

hmm idk i could probably rig my tandy 1000 to run it oh thats prob more then 1.5 ghz tho... lmao
