I've been hanging on to this with the intention of doing a mini MAME cab but I just don't have the time and I've got way too many projects.

It comes with Windows CE pre-loaded - it runs the same processor as the Compaq IPAQ handhelds, but has a 6" VGA LCD (with touchscreen).
