WTB: Empty Mortal Kombat Cabinet
« on: May 24, 2006, 09:25:46 pm »
Hey guys,

I have the PCB's to Mortal Kombat...my problem: the game is housed in a Double Dragon Cab. thats falling apart due to water damage by the previous owner. :(      The game just doesnt feel right w/ a 19"

I've been looking for a Dedicated Cabinet in FL for quite some time now w/ no luck.

I'd even be willing to buy an entire Dedicated Machine and sell the boards I have now.

Any help would greatly be appreciated, I live in Lake Mary FL and would drive as far as Georgia to snag one of these ; )

I also have an UMK3 conversion and looking for a Dedicated Cabinet for this as well. That one is housed in a Zoo Keeper ( try squeezing 2 people together to play that! I dare you...... )   ;)

Thanks,  - Joe

Deja Vu!

I bought a jamma cab this weekend that was said to be a MK2.  It did have a MK2 marque, but there was no art.  Upon closer examination it has side art that was painted over.  Under the paint was art that wasn't MK2.  Not exactly sure what it is, but preliminary searches I believe it is a Double Dragon cab.

The cab came with boards for MK2, DD1, DD2, and POW.

Sorry I can't help.  I just thought this was a weird coincidence.
