TurboTwist and Windows
« on: May 21, 2006, 04:30:47 am »
I got a GGG Turbotwist spinner in my cab. It works very well in MAME (with the "shoelace" patch) but I got problems with windows games.

One exmple is Need For Speed Underground 2. In menus, the cursor will move down at high speed all the time the spinner is connected.

The spinner is set to use the X-axis and the mouse pointer only moves horizontally when spinning.

I this a spinner, windows or game problem?

No difference (except that the mouse moves slower of course).

If it works in Windows at the desktop, in MAME and in other programs, I would suspect NFS.
