Modifying/connecting a P360 stick to a PSX controller?

I have had great success connectiong a 4/8 way joystick to PSX controllers, but trouble is, they aren't the best for fighting games. I wanna try connecting a P360 stick to PSX controllers. Can this be done and does there exist a tutorial on this? Believe me, I did some thorough searching.
