Any suggestions for joystick dust washer material?
« on: May 13, 2006, 11:18:19 pm »
I just added wico balltops to my P360's and the holes on the dust washers are now too big.

Any suggestions as to what I should use to cut out a new pair of these? I know of course they are plastic, but I was hoping someone knew where I could get something in similar thickness and texture to cut these out of.

Gahhhhh! I just recently threw away something you could have used! I had a used door panel...I used the plastic from the pocket on the door to make a face plate for my car stereo. I will see if we have any more door panels that have cleared and I can have.

Use Plexi or Lexan. Cut it with a hole saw. and sand it smooth on the edges. Paint it with Krylon Fusion and your all set. You can make any size you need.
