just wondering if anybody went to the super auction in detroit michiagn today. if anybody did what did games for, was it worth going. i was unable to attend, just wondering how it went. thanks

I made it out to this one. DarkKobold was there too, but he didn't stay as long. Probably the most interesting thing from the auction was the 10 or so mame machines. They were in Ms Pac/Galaga style cabs with nice full sideart, but I dout the seller of those machines had the license to include the roms........ Anyway, they ended up going for over a grand a piece (somewhere between 1100 and 1500 or so). Not a lot of classics there (Super Pac was the only Pac series game). Crowd was a little smaller than I expected and prices weren't too bad. Saw a converted Root Beer Tapper that ended up being a resell at the end. I did see a Sega Thunder Blade machine that went for 30 (no room or I may have snagged it).
