Numlock program
« on: April 24, 2006, 10:35:30 am »
I have one of those cheap USB keypads.  Works good when I CAN TURN ON THE DAMN NUMLOCK!

My PC BIOS doesn't have a setting for NUMLOCK on.

All of the downloads I can find aren't for Win 98

Even Microsoft's web page has some .COM programs you can create using DEBUG, but I can't find that works on Win98

Any help?

Thanks

In win98 try putting numlock=on in your config.sys

Yes!  Stop mocking me and get back to making your program work in 98! :applaud:

I was only kidding!   I couldn't get win98 to work with my USB hard drives.  This keypad does work pretty good though.

Hoping to try out your program on it someday.

Thanks
