wiring up a potentionmeter for volume control
« on: March 30, 2006, 10:48:29 am »
I'm 90 percent done with my mame cabinet.

I currently use the volume controller on my wireless
keyboard to turn up and turn down the volume, but I would love to have a physical retero looking
knob located by the key door. Does anyone know what kind of potentionmeter I need to purchase
and how to wire it up? So far I can boot up and run mame and sk jukebox with just the joystick and
buttons and use the keyboard for only the volume. Seems like a physical volume knob on the machine
would be the ideal solution.

I did a search and could not find anything.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated and thanks again for the great forum. I have learned a great deal of tips
from just lurking.

Thanks again.

MV.
