Problem with KE72 PC Keyboard Encoder
« on: March 21, 2006, 09:19:26 pm »
I've run into a small problem and was wondering if anyone has a solution.  When I wire up a button to my KE72 I see the key being pressed in a word document everytime I press the button but when I map it to a the same key in a Mame game it only seems to work after 3 or 4 pushes.  Has anyone experienced this problem and have a solution?

I have a KE72 installed in my first upright from several years ago.

I don't ever recall seeing the condition you are experiencing.

Do you have a keyboard installed to the pass through port?

I have a kb attached all the time inside the cab and still have no issues but I thought it might be something you might use to troubleshoot.
