Judging by grammar and creative use of the caps lock key, I conclude that Harpal and Kenmelk are the same person. Alter egos with Kenmelk being Bruce Banner and Harpal being The Hulk. In fact...

I gotta say that even if Harpal is legit, that it was a complete crap move to go on vacation, right after having "been robbed", and without communicating it with his customers.

Yeah, maybe a measly couple hundred dollars is nothing to him, but if I send that to someone, it sure as heck isn't pocket change to me.

Even if he were to have actually shipped these products, I would recommend him as a bad trader, just for being an ass with no care what-so-ever for his customers.

I have things to say outside of this "keep it clean" thread that have been said in the Post-hell express train of another thread.

Suffice it to say, for whatever reason, this comment WILL be clean.

You KNEW you were going on holiday, and you KNEW you had items in transit at the time, and others WOULD be wondering what was happening to their items since the time YOU claimed you were ROBBED.

Heh. This was entertaining. I have a couple comments:

1. Paypal has a dispute system. If the seller can't prove an item was shipped, Paypal WILL refund your money. So anyone here who's affected by this seller, if you haven't filed a dispute yet, you're a dumbass. If you all have filed it, then don't worry. You'll get your money. Just takes a couple weeks.

2. The FBI also employs janitors.

After you have went the paypal route as far as it will go, call your cc company and tell them the story. Odds are, they will give you your money back (they did for me, no questions asked.

) If you used bank pay, they might work with you, but I have no experience with that.
Complaining on here and threatening this guy thru cyber-space will only make him laugh harder.

And another comment on the FBI thing: I don't believe the FBI would have juristiction on some UK bloke, and I also don't think they would spend their resources on a small time scammer.
