Since this is the second time it's happened, I believe that's third friggin time. If I knew what was wrong I'd fix it. Hoping to hear something soon.

Testing here, I think this is finally starting to affect me as well. I swear I remember seeing 1760-something go past a while back, and my last post showed 1750. This should be 1751.

Is there a PhpBB support forum (gotta be), and has anybody who knows what they're talking about asked about this over there? I don't particularly care about the counts in and of themselves, but I'm terribly curious as to what's doing it.

SirWoogie has posted on their support site to see what we can find out. When it's fixed we'll reset post counts manually...

Yesterday I was at 5352. More losses today. This is 5206.

Saint, the only reason I'm letting you know is in case you guys are trying some fixes and aren't sure if they've worked. I know my count increased from the 5352 all day yesterday, and I think the last time I was on was this morning around 3-4 a.m. with no dropped posts, so this happened sometime today.

yeah, its still dropping, but very very slowly. I remember seeing my post count at 2998, and now it's less. I've only lost a dozen or so over the past 2 days though.

can ya set me back to an even 100. I posted about a meet-up in error (and now this post) and so, as you can see my post count is not an even 100 which id like it to be. Actually If you could turn my post count off for all future posts and reset me to 100 Id probably be posting a whole lot more.
