FS: Mini Buttons - For Admin Buttons, Mini-Game projects..
« on: March 07, 2006, 03:40:58 am »
These are the buttons you've been looking for if you're planning a super-mini-game project, or want some arcade-looking, but smaller admin buttons.  They are black only, and are a dead color & texture match for regular black arcade buttons.  Switch (integrated), nut, and washer are included.  I have a limited supply of these for sale at $1.39 each. Why do all the prices end in 9?  Damn, that's eerie.  Make that $1.40 each, plus shipping.  Edit- The most shipping has been so far is $2.34, to send 16 buttons from CA to NJ.

Order via PM, please.  Yes, I take paypal.  Or money orders, or gold bullion, or Major Havoc rollers- whatever's easy for you.  If you send me your address with your order, I can get your shipping quote faster.

Measurements:

5/16" maximum mounting surface thickness
7/16" mounting hole diameter
3/4" bezel diameter
bezel forms 5/16" lip outside hole
1" from underside of bezel to solder holes

More pics.  For reference, in the mounted shots, the microswitch button is on the left, and the leafswitch button is on the right.

Do they work well with a 3/4" wood control panel?  I might be interested in a bunch.

It probably wouldn't be that tough.   Since they're so small around, you could use a forstner bit and just drill a hole in the bottom of your cp.

I think these buttons look really cool, BTW.

Are these the exact buttons as the Happs minis except black?

http://www.happcontrols.com/pushbuttons/49057700.htm

If so, I'll probably buy 16 of them - it's exactly what I've been looking for!

Why would you be using a US postal service box?  ;D

Wood panels:  Yup, you'll have to cut a recess into the bottom somehow.

As for whether they're the same, They sure look like the Happ buttons, but I don't know.

US Mail box:  These darn Ebay shippers just don't use FedEx enough, I guess- it's what I had laying around.  :P

Orders already in:  Thanks!  Shipping asap.

Future orders:  Order via PM, please.  Yes, I take paypal.  Or money orders, or gold bullion, or Major Havoc rollers- whatever's easy for you.  If you send me your address with your order, I can get your shipping quote faster.

Only 17 of these left!  And that's if I don't keep any for myself.

I'm trying to decide if I ought to get more- are there any people thinking they may want some, that haven't ordered yet?  I'm not asking for pre-orders, just trying to guage interest.

Thanks!
