Is their a clean way to add a dreamcast console to a mame cabinet that will most likely be using a WG9200?

VGABox and hacked DC pads. Or you can buy a premade CP (can't remember the vendor) that has adapters for DC.

You use the VGABox to connect your DC directly to a VGA monitor (some games look incredible) No hacking needed for this setup. If you want to connect to an arcade monitor, you need to open up the VGABox and enable 15hz output. Read this faq for how to do this. To connect arcade controls to the DC you need to open the MadCatz dreampads and wire the joysticks buttons directly. Or, as I said, buy an Xarcade CP (I think that's the one) along with the DC adapters.
