A couple of questions about placeing an orider with ultimarc
« on: March 03, 2006, 08:35:41 pm »
Hi. I need to order some stuff from ultimarc and i have some quick questions.  what size disconnects come with the wiring kit . I need .187's for my buttons.

On the order form it ask for Forename and Surname. I'm guessing it means first and last name  ???

Yes  I know i could have e mailed them. I want to place my order asap and i
figured i would get a quicker reply here.

Thanks guys :)

I have no idea.  You should just email them and ask.  They were very courteous and quick with replies when I was dealing with them.

I wouldn't hesitate to contact Andy from Ultimarc for help.  He will get back to you in a couple of days.  I had not trouble getting an Optipac and an Ipac from the UK to Canada with him.  He's even answered a couple of follow up emails.  One was about a shipping redirect and the other was setup related.  He came back in a reasonable time and with good, friendly information.

I ordered a bunch of stuff from them and they ship fast.  Definitely recommended.
