BYOAC game Server?

Is it possible to setup a Mame game server added to the board so Byoac members "with the real pcb's" can play against other members on the forum online?

MAME doesn't support any level of online play.

If you mean through older stuff like MAMEnet or kaillera I just you people meet up in the chatroom to setup a game.
