4 player games, more than 3 buttons per player?

I am currently building 2 or 3 different swappable control panels, one of which is going to be a 4 player panel.

I did a search on KLOV for "4 player", and got a list of several games.  However, several 4 player games that I am aware of did not come up.  What I really need to know is if there are any 4 player joystick games that required more than 3 buttons per player.

I have Dungeons & Dragons: Shadow over Mystara (US 960619) and the Euro Version as well, and they are both only 2 players each, is your info wrong?  I hope not, because I would like a 3 or 4 player version of it.  I like that game.

Edit:  If it is 4 player, where can I get it?

I am pretty sure that that list has a bunch of errors.

A lot of those games are 3 player.

You only need more than 4 buttons for players 3 and 4 if you plan on playing SNES, DreamCast or PS games on your cab.

actually, from the page you posted, blazing tornado only uses 4 buttons.  clanggedin said you'd only need MORE than four for console games.

Looks like only 3 buttons -

Press Button 1 for light attack, Button 2 for power attack, Button 3 for run.

Also looks like only 2 of the players at any given time, but I haven't played it.

You can do tag matches, so 4p simultaneous.  Been a while since I played, but I'm pretty sure all 4 buttons are used. 

"You only need more than 4 buttons" - Damn me, missing that word...
