How to remove tron joystick shell

I know this might sound dumb.  But what tool do you use to remove the tron joystick screws in the blue shell.  Is it an allan wrench or something different.

It's coming in the mail soon and I just want to have the right tools

It's a security Torx bit.
It has a hole in the middle, to allow the nipple on the bolt to go up inside.

Alternately, you can drill the center out very carefully, and use the Screw out tools from Sears.
