gabypotter:
ok, thank you,
you mean i should soulder
white wire and black wire to keyboard?
here`s a picture of my coin selector
Thank you very much

Chris:
I'm not quite sure what do do with this.. I've only worked with mechanical coin mechs, not electronic ones....

jp:
did some looking around, and looks like you already got your answer
from Ken Layton :
"The red is for +12 volts dc power to operate the electronic coin acceptor. Black is common for both the power and the coin signal sections. White is the coin signal output (coin accepted and credit pulse issued). The two gray wires go to a 12 volt dc coin counting meter (optional) which is not necessary for this unit to function. The coin counter is an accessory."
on another forum.
after reading this you have to connect white and black wire to your "keyboard-symbol-switch"
and connect red to +12V dc and the black to negative !!!!! black used twice
but  be carefull ; use a different powersuply(separat)!!!! else you could damage keyboard / pc !!!.

best way to do this is to use the counterswitch to operate a relais , and then use the relais-contacts to switch the "keyboard-symbol-switch"

need a drawing how to connect ?
how do you select songs ?

gabypotter:
thank you very much!
i think im understanding a little...
if you can post a drawing, it will help me
more...thank you!!!

i select songs with a keyboard

jp:
1 drawing:

2 selection:
if you use keyboard to select songs AND A COINCOLLECTER (which gives a keyboard-symbol (ie  "0"))
what is stopping me to use the "0"- key on the keyboard ?
meaning what use is the coincollecter if i can use the "0" - key to get the same result (ad credits)
looks like you have to get rid of your keyboard(get it out of sight),and use songselection in another way
i  added some switches to my cabinet (and soulderd them to the keyboard ) and hid the keyboard
in this way it also not possible to shut down the jukebox (no keyboard!)
you can see this in pict2 and pict3 the keyboard is attached to a folding panel whitch in normal state only allows you to use the selection-buttons(prev.alpha,a,b,c,d,next alpha
                                                                      prev.page,1,2,3,4,next page)
so i use 12 buttons to make a selection
