Hi Guys,

I have always been a huge fan of Gyruss, and if there is one cabinet that I want to purchase, it is Gyruss. Then this one came along on Ebay:

I bid on it for a while, but it quickly rose to over $800. The cabinet is fully working, and appears to be in good condition. Therefore my qeustion:

- How much is a cabinet in this condition worth?

That does look super clean, and the documentation is a plus, but I wouldn't go over $500, mayber $600...

there was a pretty nice Gyrus cab at the last Atlanta Super auctions auction. It went for around $300. the only negative was that someone used a piece of gum to hold the cardboard bezel on. Kinda tacky.

I watch all of them on EBAY (and often bid ;)). This one is quite high compared to the norm. it is quite nice looking in the pics as compared to many sold. I would be at about $500 max for a nice one. Less if I had to ship it. They come up pretty regular at auction and on EBAY.

There is an OP in OK City that sells the same one over and over for $300 ;) Maybe you can grab it!

Thanks for all the reponses.

$500 was originally was I prepared to pay. This item didn't include shipping which I was quoted around $250-350 for, so it starts to get expensive.

I'm going to let this one go, but will keep my eyes open. I really still want a Gyruss cab.

I just sold mine for 225$, no bezel and some cab damage but I threw in a better monitor for it. I could have asked for more and got it, but I need the room for other things.

Ebay. I've watched it run through at least 3 times. Last one was about 6 weeks ago. Usually 1 bidder, no feedback. ;)

There's going to be an auction in Atlanta if you are in the area on the 28th. You'll get it for a heck of a lot less than on ebay.
