radioshack is good thats where i bought mine.  its around 5 for 90ft of 18gauge black colored but i think red was the same price for less feet if that makes sense.
Back in MY day we lived on the moon and we had to build a rocket ship from scratch to get to the Earth before we suffocated.

Any electonics supply store should have it.  Bob will send you some if you can't find any locally.  He also has a nice write up on what wire to use.
