Key Counting Program
« on: February 09, 2006, 10:52:57 am »
I am currently looking for a program that counts the number of times a key is pressed.   I figured this would be cool just to see how many times the coin keys were used to see how much money we "spent" on the games

Ok I found a fairly decent one http://whatpulse.org/

It counts every key you push but you can put 5 and 6 (coin buttons) on the top of the list or i am sure one of you smart people can figure a way to make it only read those buttons.

I am still looking if i find something better or you can make this one only count those buttons let me know

Mame has a book-keeping info built in, hit tab in-game, select bookkeeping and it'll tell you how many credits have been used for that game, and the total time the game has been played for.
