Just asking hypothetically.  If I were a millionaire and owned every arcade cabinet ever made.  How much memory would all of the roms stored in one place take up.

Is it really possible that it's in the order of magnitude of a TB as in a terrabyte? as in 1000 gigabytes?
... arcade builders could someday rule the world...currency would be reduced to quarters only, and wars would be settled

I've always wondered, would they load faster if you stored them uncompressed? How much would that take up?

i think just the mame roms are 13 gigs
and the chd files around 30 gigs

I'm pretty sure that the psone and dreamcast files are in excess of 400 gigs each.  Yeah, the mame roms uncompressed would be fairly large.
