Document imaging and data capture
« on: February 03, 2006, 02:20:37 pm »
Does anyone have any experience with document imaging and data capture?  Specifically, I have a client that receives and pays medical claims (forms HCFA and UB92), and currently they have to hand enter the data and run a process to create a HIPAA standard 837 edi file.

I have been doing some googling and have found several companies that claim to be able to scan claim forms and create HIPAA 837 files with very high (99.9%) accuracy, but I would like to hear from someone that actually uses software like this.
