NEO GEO 6 SLOT FS/T *PHOTOS ADDED* [US-NYC]

Greeting all.

I recently picked up a Neo Geo MVS 6 slot that I wanted to use on my JAMMA SuperGun.

It turns out that it's not Jamma standard (some minor pinout changes); and I can't get it to work.

I ordered a custom MVS to JAMMA adapter from jammaboards.com, and it allowed for me to have more of the functions (ex. I can get into the hardware menu test); but I still can't switch games. He gave me instructions to fix that...but I haven't devoted the time to work it out.

In addition, I get test tones BUT no sound during game play. I have plugged a cart into each slot and they all work, and the board cycles through the games automatically when on standby (attract mode). But, again no sound during game play.

If you want to play with this; or if you know how to fix it (I'm not really sure if it's broken); or if you OWN a MVS wired cab (this should be plug/play) this may be for you.

I am asking $150 for it + shipping (USD- US ONLY); but if you're not too far I would consider splitting the cost of shipping with you (or paying it in full- depending on your location)...but keep in mind  this thing is large and a bit heavy. So if you PM me, give me your zip code.

I will also including the adapter that I just paid $45.00 for (see photo below).

I would also consider offers of trades and cash offers. Basically I'm open. I can't use it, and would prefer that someone give it a home that has the time to figure it out and possibly get a good deal on a hard to find piece of hardware.

The 6 slots are fairly rare...but I have read on the web they can be tempermental and require some love and care (awww....that's cute).

thanks for the offer....but there's unfortunately nothing on your list I'm in need of right now.

Regarding games...I have an MVS Magical Drop 3 cart (Japanese) and a KOF 10th Anniversary MVS with a possible sound problem (video's fine...but I get static during the music/sound).

The MD3 cart works perfectly though.

I have a dual jamma adapter board from mikesarcade.com, trade me for this, mint condition w manual. I work in nyc tomorrow, we can meet up, I would like to test your board in my jamma cab, if all is well we can do the trade, that way you can test my board too, you can come back on the train with me, and I will pay your train fare both ways as I have free off peak tickets. I 'll pay the peak step up fare charge. So basically all this will cost you is your time, let me know, thanks, if you tink this trade is not fair, then I will add paypal cash too if need be.
