beginning my minicade cab - any suggesions?
« on: February 02, 2006, 07:21:52 pm »
here is my minicade cabinet that i started last weekend. I went ahead and modelled it
around a used monitor that was headed to the landfill. All the other PC parts will be pulled
from and old slow windows 98 machine. hopefully it will have enough umph to run some games.

let me know what you think. I am looking to create something that will be a bartop machine that
is compact, but still has the feel of an upright.  Its probally going to be a single stick with 4 or six  buttons.
i'm thinking a wireless mouse and keyboard combo will be used for initial setup and modification.

thanks in advance for this great forum. i have learned a great deal from just lurking.

i'm in the process of creating a build sight were i will document the build. This is a weekend garage project
so its going to be at least a month before its complete.
