Go to Windows screensavers, and choose the one called "My pictures slideshow". Go to "settings", and you can set up several options as far as size of the pictures, and the path where the pictures are stored. I think I got mine setup to change once every 5 or 6 seconds, pictures at 33% of the screen. I pointed the screensaver to D:\music By doing this, it WILL go into subfolders and display all of my album art that I have, such as D:\music\AC_DC\Back In Black\cover.jpg and D:\music\Metallica\Master Of Puppets\cover.jpg

This feature is going integreated to my own jukebox software too (without the need of microsoft's one).....  :D

The winamp visuals plugin (in a another thread), maybe, but not on my top of the list. It should been easy to add, because there are a BASS dll, that can take care of that.

AFAIK Bass DLL only supports audio plugins not visual ones.

Nope, there is are a plugin to bass.dll (BASS_WA) on un4seen.com  homepage, that should doing that.

But I haven't tested it how it works.

I have added the coverart feature on my own in v.14, that is released.
