can i install a arcade VGA card and get a VGA to componet adapter and hook it to a JV 27530 an get 15Hz

When you say component do you meancomponent or do you mean composite?I think that my arcadeVGA cards have S-Vid out and I doo have a s-vid to composite convertor for my laptop although I do not have any monitors that accept composite in that do 15k.. BTW: what is this monitor used for that has 15k composite or component whatever in?

i mean componet r g b and it not a arcade monitor it the JVc  tv

I guess why the heck do ya need the arcade vga if yer usin the tv as the display?
