Unfortunately, it doesn't look so clear cut, but I hope they get what's coming to them. At the very least, it promotes the heck out of that film which apparently the MPAA doesn't seem to like too much.

Seems pretty clear cut to me... They admitted to copying it... But gave an excuse (that it effects our employees or something like that).... But I don't believe they give excuses on when its ok to copy movies for others.
