This may sound strange, but my cab didn't have the locks anymore, and I got locks that fitted my door at Home Depot.  Perhaps not 100% proper, but they worked well.  (I think they were mailbox locks)

I actually just ordered a complete set of 3 keyed-alike locks  from Bob Roberts today fpr $7.

$2.25 each.  They were perfectly fine for an arcade cab.
