ezarcade spinner - question
« on: January 23, 2006, 11:07:10 am »
those of you who have an ezarcade spinner, or have seen one..

Im thinking of getting one with steering wheel clip-on to attach to my cab. I dont have much space on the control panel to put it, so I was thinking of mounting underneith the panel so that the wheel itself sticks up.
In order to do this, I would need to remove the white bracket surrounding the spinner.. do you think this would be possible? I dont wanna order from the USA to the UK just to find out it wont work.

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you're asking, but It sounds like you want to remove the white "housing" from the spinner to get it to fit in the space you want to mount it.  The only concern I would have is that the "housing" provides the support for the spinner, so if you remove it, you will need to make/have something else to use to support the unit.

I have used the EZarcade spinner, but not in the way you were talking about.  As long as you can securely mount it, you should be OK.

Another option that has been used here, is to make multiple control panels...1 for driving games, 1 for fighters....etc.

Good Luck!
